Needs Analysis Report
Based on a survey of 97 manufacturing stakeholders across Germany, Austria, North Macedonia and Slovakia, this report identifies the real skills gaps, concerns and training priorities around data sharing in manufacturing. Its findings directly shaped the five training modules now being developed for the project.

Five training modules, shaped by the needs analysis, are being developed and will be released free of charge in English, German, Slovak and Macedonian.

The five training modules are built and reviewed with consortium partners.
Piloting
Modules are tested with manufacturing SMEs and VET providers, then refined.

Full multilingual access via the project website, the EIT Manufacturing East marketplace and the Gaia-X Academy.
